Ryze LinkedIn Extension — Privacy
The Ryze browser extension helps recruiters save LinkedIn profiles into their own Ryze workspace. It is used by authenticated recruiters of a Ryze customer.
What it accesses
- The URL of the LinkedIn profile you choose to save, only when you click “Save”.
- A personal access token you connect from your Ryze settings, stored locally in your browser.
What it sends
When you save a profile, the extension sends that profile's URL and your selected role to your own Ryze instance (the URL you connected). Ryze enriches and scores the candidate using the same pipeline as the in-app sourcing flow.
What it does not do
- It does not collect your browsing history.
- It does not read pages other than the LinkedIn profile you explicitly save.
- It does not sell or share data with third parties.
Removing it
Disconnect from Ryze → Settings → Browser extension, or remove the extension from Chrome. You can revoke its access token at any time in the same settings page.
